Zuppa d'Inchiostro

Healthy productivity, self care for lazy people, slow living, books.
Snippets of ordinary madness and experiments on the skilled science of making an overactive mind and a sloth's body get along.

In short, as a 30-year-old nerd tries (sometimes unsuccessfully) to organize a life worth living between work, creative projects and recurring existential crises, without ever giving up days of total laziness, glasses of wine and face masks.
