उज्ज्वला वाडेकर [ZP Teacher Ujjwala Wadekar]

India doesn’t need better buildings.
India needs better belief in its children.

For 31 years, I have served as a ZP primary teacher in rural Maharashtra. My journey began on 5 July 1995, and from that day, teaching is not a job for me. It became my responsibility toward every child’s future.

I have seen one truth clearly: "Children don’t lack intelligence. They lack opportunity."

This channel is about bringing that opportunity alive.

Here, I share:
1) “School Beyond Books” (Pustakabaherchi Shala)
2) Visits & activity-based teaching
3) See – Hear – Read – Do method in action
4) Rural education transformation stories
5) Practical, life-connected learning approaches

My mission is simple:

1) To build confidence in children who feel small
2) To strengthen government schools
3) To make education practical, and dignified

If you believe education should build human beings, not just complete syllabus, SUBSCRIBE and join this journey!
