Zlens

ZLens is an open-source analytics workspace that tells you how far to trust every answer.

Ask your warehouse in plain English. ZLens answers from work your team has already verified, and marks anything new for review. Every answer carries one of three labels:
● Certified: a person on your team reviewed and approved it
◐ From Metrics: built from your approved metric definitions
○ Needs review: new SQL written by AI that nobody has checked yet

Your analytics live as files in git: reviewed blocks, notebooks, Apps and dashboards, with lineage from your tables (and your dbt models, if you use dbt) to every number. Use ZLens in the browser, or from Claude Code, Codex and Cursor through its MCP server, with the same trust labels.

The open-source workbench is free (Apache-2.0) and runs on your own machine. ZLens Enterprise, self-hosted in your own AWS account for the whole team, is coming soon.
