Relaxing for the whole family, this programming is for soothing the mind. I write songs to singalong to (our brains remember facts better when we sing them), while also teaching mindfulness, emotional depth and a strong connection to nature.  Our thoughts and the words that we speak to ourselves are very important. This is a space to help the entire family feel good.

I have created Zia's Garden with a lot of thought, intention and love to empower us to become embodied, kind, and conscious. Welcome to my garden. Remember, you are powerful...you can make the day better just by being kind!

I have been a hospital music therapist and stress management teacher for 17 years, certified in Neurologic Music Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and a Registered Yoga Teacher and Birth Doula. I'm also a Zia (Italian for Aunt) of 8 and Mother of 2, which has taught me the most. @DanielleDeCosmo
