Zen Sanctuary Music

Hey there!

Welcome to Zen Sanctuary Music where we turn sleepless nights into peaceful dreams.

My name's Ross Aviles, I'm a professional musician and animator who's struggled with finding a good night's sleep, just like many of you. But instead of just lying awake, I channeled that energy into creating something that could help others get some rest.

On this channel, you'll find my handcrafted music and animations, along with professional voiceover artists, that are designed to help you relax and drift off into a peaceful sleep by hitting the frequencies most beneficial for sleep and listening to some inspirational stories.

I also want you to be part of our community and create personalized videos just for you. All you have to do is leave a comment on our videos and we will select one lucky comment at random and create a video dedicated to the person you've chosen.

So kick back, hit play and let me take care of the rest.

Thanks for joining me on this journey to better sleep.
