Without noticing that I am not good at using my head (thinking),
For more than a dozen years, I lived a life that didn't go well no matter what I did. .. ..

At one point
The new way I came up with to stop using my head was

"Living with the senses of the body"

Every time I get nervous or have a hard time

Lying down, relaxing, taking a deep breath,
I acted on what I came up with in a calm place.

Then
My life has changed a lot in just over three years.
