Yukah Self-Reliant Wellness | Aarti & Aditya

Yukah is a self-reliant wellness school in India, founded by Aarti Babhoota and Aditya Sharma. It teaches yoga as a way of living moment to moment, not only postures, through six areas of life: body, mind, action, understanding, emotion and food. Students learn practices that fit a working, family life and keep them going on their own.

This channel is a catalogue of our work: what we teach, how we teach it, and what changes for the people who practise with us. Watch first, then decide if it's for you.
