Garrett Pancheri was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, and has been helping clients navigate Idaho real estate since 2012. As a team leader and owner at Living in Idaho, he has guided buyers and sellers through everything from first-time purchases and relocations to new construction, land, multifamily, and commercial transactions.
Known for his negotiation skills and client-first approach, Garrett has helped families win in competitive markets and save thousands along the way. He serves Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Boise, Eagle, and surrounding Treasure Valley communities.
