Welcome to The Midlife Project with Claudia | Project Manager

I'm Claudia. I'm a PMP and I share how project management principles help mid-career professionals like you navigate change strategically and sustainably.

After 12 years in television marketing, chronic burnout, and my health taking a dive in 2019, I stopped chasing burn-it-all-down reinvention. Now I help women in their 40s, 50s and beyond build a joyful life as a portfolio of beautiful projects — where career is one project, not the whole life.

Here you'll find calm, practical videos on midlife reinvention, life after 40,  portfolio career thinking, career change after 40, and burnout recovery — without the hustle.
