I spent years collecting certifications, following frameworks, & creating content that sounded like every other personal development creator out there. (Feeling inauthentic, I do not recommend.) What I actually have is a performer background, a mindfulness practice born from surviving burnout, an encyclopedic knowledge of New Girl and Lonely Island, and a genuine belief that laughter is the most underrated nervous system reset we have access to.
