Hello , I am a Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience. For the past few years, I've been combining bodywork with spiritual guidance for women who want to find their way back to themselves after loss, separation, or emotional exhaustion.
On this channel I share exercises for shoulder, neck, and back pain that work directly with body tension, plus insights on how emotional patterns can be released through the body, without endlessly digging them back up.
My approach: notice emotions, honor them, reinterpret them, instead of dissecting trauma. Body and consciousness belong together for me.
