Five Element Yoga & Breathwork

This channel contains yoga, pranayama practices, and guided meditations that align with the seasons and cycles of nature. Steeped in the Taoist Five Element Theory, we use these practices and this wisdom to connect ourselves to the Earthly rhythms that influence this time and space, as well as to the larger cosmic cycles that serve our evolution as a whole. 
I have been bringing yoga forward for almost 30 years, with the mainstay of my philosophy firmly rooted in the seasonal work of the Taoists. 

I run weekly live online and in-studio classes, plus curate an on-demand platform of words, rituals and seasonal observations for guided spiritual exploration and growth on both Patreon and Substack.
