Yoga Strength with Julia

Strong for life, yoga first.

I'm Julia: former gymnast, yoga teacher and mum of three. I believe yoga is one of the best ways to build real-life strength: the kind that helps you get up off the floor, carry the shopping, stay steady on your feet and keep doing what you love as you get older.

Here you'll find short, practical videos:
💪 Strength moves at 3 levels, so everyone can join in
🧘 Yoga flows for strength and mobility
⏱ Quick sessions that fit into busy days

New to yoga? You're very welcome. Every move has a simpler option.

📍 In person: Power Yoga at Lesnes Abbey Lodge, Abbey Wood (South East London), Wednesdays 7pm and Saturdays 9:30am
