Strengthen and Balance Your Body and Mind with me, Dawn Hart.
My yoga practise comes from my heart and is for my head as well as my body. Yoga is a great way to stay fit and flexible but for me that has come along with a regular physical practise rather than it being the main purpose.
I hope you find these videos helpful in creating structure for you to begin weaving awareness of your body and your breath into your daily life. As that happens you may start to find a little more calm and stillness in your mind, i'd love to hear how you find it.
