Yoga Path with Kate

This channel is a work in progress and great way to challenge myself and offer my 30 years of yoga teaching. 
When I work with a client, when I teach a class, it’s informed by decades of studying and collaborating with the best of the best medical professionals and teachers. 
I put it all together in well-rounded, intelligent, compassionate program. 
Every BODY is unique, so I don’t put out anything with the intention of approaching individual challenges, particularly when it comes to the spinal health. 

ALWAYS listen to your own body; you know it better than anyone!   And if following these videos helps you feel better, know that you are your own healing force…it’s not the teacher, it’s not the person with the degree, and it’s not the doctor.  We are resources. The choice to heal is yours.
