Yoga For Teens with ISHA WARRIORS

ISHA ("ee-sha") in Sanskrit means: "Ruling god or goddess; one who protects."  Our nonprofit's mission is to improve the mental, emotional and physical health of teens who will one day rule the world.  We help youth find strength from within in a space where they can be vulnerable and feel protected.  For 20 years, Alli Louthain has empowered and inspired teens; helping them understand their great worth.  She's worked with teen groups of every size-from high school sports teams to helping head up grass roots community events with thousands in attendance! She's also trained other yoga instructors on how to teach youth. Her podcast has a worldwide audience and her work has been highlighted in local news, yoga magazines and newspapers. She's been the keynote speaker at school assemblies and youth firesides.
