Yoga Fit with Maike

Yogi | Physiotherapist | Fitness Trainer | Arm Balance Enthusiast

Hi, I'm Maike; welcome to Yoga Fit with Maike. I look forward to exercising with you. You can find yoga-inspired HIIT workouts, strength, mobility, flexibility, and some arm balance fun, challenges, and drills.

I hope you have as much fun working out with me as I have making these videos.

Knowing what you want to achieve will help me create more effective videos to help you reach your goals. So please let me know; I'm always happy to hear from you.

Note: You should always listen to your body, modify if you need to, and if you have any injuries or are pregnant, ask your medical consultant before working out with me.

Thank you,
Namaste.
