Yoga Chuck by Chuck Burmeister

The "Yoga Minute videos are designed for inactive beginners, seniors and people with most any illness or injury. The majority of poses are in a chair and most can be done from a wheelchair. I'll also be posting the same video on www.yogachuck.com and the Facebook page "Real Yoga, LLC".

You can also get my video called "Real Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis" from my site www.yogachuck.com or Amazon.com. I have MS and that is why I'm directing the video to people with MS. The video is also effective for inactive beginners, seniors and people with most any illness or injury. Enjoy!
