Yoga by the Bay with Erin

Yoga should be accessible to ALL as it benefits so many areas in our lives. It not only benefits us physically it benefits us spiritually and emotionally by helping to connect the mind with the body. Helping us tune in and be present and ultimately find peace. Yoga teaches us while we cannot control what is happening we do have control over how we react. Learning to find the lesson and the beauty in all of our experiences.

Erin draws hundreds of people a week to a park along Sarasota Bay where she spreads her love of making yoga accessible to all. She believes yoga can enhance our lives physically and emotionally. Throughout her class and in these videos, Erin sprinkles in "yogi wisdom" about taking control, the power of forgiveness and truly being the author of our own lives.
