Hi! I'm Krystal =). I'm a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher | Certified Grief Yoga | Breathwork | Meditation | Soundbath facilitator as well as a License Marriage and Family therapist whose mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where Black and Brown women can reclaim their well-being through gentle, accessible yoga practices that honor the mind, body, and spirit.

Rooted in health, community, accessibility, authenticity, and empowerment, we foster vulnerability and personal growth by guiding students to release emotional struggles, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace their inner strength. Through our classes, we cultivate a sisterhood of resilience—where every breath is an act of liberation, every movement a step toward self-discovery, and every voice a testament to collective healing.
