Yoga Kat Aries

I love yoga. It's made me feel better and live better since I started practising regularly in 2011. I did my YTT in 2018; shortly afterwards covid hit and I recorded hundreds of videos for my work colleagues to help them during lockdown; and ever since I have wanted to spread the joy and the light that is yoga to the rest of the world. My classes are strong and focus on core strength, connection to breath and mindful movement. Flow, glow and enjoy!
