Hi, I’m Leanne Hembrow.

I am an ERYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, wellness mentor, sailor, and author of Finding Stillness Between the Waves.

My yoga journey began in 2009 before my husband and I untied the lines in Australia to begin a life at sea. For more than 15 years I lived aboard sailing yachts, practising and teaching yoga while cruising through New Zealand, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Mexico, and beyond.

In 2013 I travelled to Bali to complete my Yoga Teacher Training with Blissology and returned inspired to teach sailors, island communities, and super yacht crew throughout the South Pacific.
