Max Hinds (@max_hinds) is a Los Angeles-based Post-Production Operator and Brand Strategist, and the founder of YMF Productions — a creative agency and growing collective of independent artists building community, craft, and authenticity on their own terms. Raised on the city's hip-hop and R&B culture, his years studying in Colorado added a dimension most engineers never develop: the business and operational thinking that turns great recordings into lasting careers. His sound engineering, mixing, and media production credits span DDG, 1500 or Nothin', Mýa, Leela James, DJ Drama, and Huey Briss — with placements across iHeart Radio, CBS News, and Warner Music Group projects in hip-hop, R&B, pop, and indie.
Through Max Hinds Media, he provides the post-production, creative systems, and operational thinking most engineers leave at the door.
