YamiYamiYummy

Hi! I’m Miyu. Japanese.

In 2023, I developed intractable depression. After 10 years of depression, I was told that his depression would not be cured even after 10 years, and he despaired.

I started "病み病みヤミー（YamiYamiYummy　Yami＝Sick ）" to share I three main topics: cooking that even a depressed person can make, independent films I makes while chasing my dream of becoming an actor, and vlogs about my depression.
