Men over 30 weightloss coach. Personal trainer for over a decade. Gym owner and entrepreneur for 5 years.

I've built a million dollar business and lost it all. I've worked to re-build focusing on what's important.

I've coached over 3000 people in person. Now, I'm looking to expand into the online space in hopes to deliver my message to those who need it across the world.

I believe that health and fitness is simple, but made overly complicated by complex humans.

Everyone deserves the right to a healthier lifestyle, but not everyone will fight for that right.

I'm here to simplify fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle change- focusing on fundamentals.
