World Wrestling Council (WWC) is the main professional wrestling promotion in Puerto Rico. WWC produces their weekly wrestling show 'Las Superestrellas de la Lucha Libre' which airs Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. on Wapa TV.

WWC was founded on September 13, 1973 under the name Capitol Sports Promotion. The initial promoters were Victor Jovica, Carlos Colón and Gorilla Monsoon.
