Workersrights Watch (WRW) is a Non-governmental Organization established in 2000. Their mandate is to foster collaborative dialogue between workers and other stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations, to address labor rights violations. WRW conducts training workshops and forums to educate and empower workers on their rights and responsibilities. They aim to hold institutions accountable, promote decent work, efficiency, and accountability, particularly within the cut flower sector. WRW also recognizes the challenges faced by workers' representatives and strives to equip them with the tools, skills, and tactics necessary for effective organizing and promoting good working conditions.
