WoodRiverHealth

Wood River Health Services is the Community Health Center providing medical, dental and social services to southwestern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut. As part of its mission as the health care resource in our community, WRHS will provide health-related local, state and national information, updates and links through this page. We hope to see a lively discussion with our community and supporters.
