Women's Legal Service Tasmania

Women’s Legal Service Tasmania is a community legal service funded by the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department.  We operate a free and statewide service, with offices in Hobart, Burnie and Launceston.
Our primary focus is assisting women with legal issues related to family violence, family law (parenting and property divisions after separation), and child safety. We also run special programs to assist women on temporary visas who experience family violence, and to assist women in the workplace who experience sexual harassment or discrimination.
