Wolfer Transmission

Wolfer Transmission makes custom gears and gear racks to drawing, plus timing pulleys, sprockets, couplings and keyless locking assemblies, at our plant in Shunde, Foshan, China (Guangzhou HQ, since 2006).

On this channel: real footage from the shop floor — gear hobbing and grinding, 2-meter rack grinding, heat treatment, gear measuring center inspection, and how we copy obsolete OEM parts from a worn sample. Plus short engineering explainers on gear accuracy classes (ISO 1328, DIN 3962, AGMA, JIS), module vs. DP, and coupling selection.

• Gears: ISO 1328 Class 5–8, module 0.5–12, OD up to Ø600 mm
• Racks: up to 2 m in one piece, ground to Class 6
• Minimum order: one piece · quote within 24 hours of a complete drawing
