WMSD Productions

Welcome to WMSD Productions! WMSD is an award-winning program at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

WMSD is made up of different classes as well as our TV Club with over 100 students. Every week, our students film, edit, and produce a variety of videos, such as news packages and short films.

Along with the TV Classes, WMSD also takes part in many competitions, including:
✖️Student Television Network (#STN)
✖️All American High School Film Festival (#AAHSFF)
✖️National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - the Emmy people (#SuncoastNATAS)
✖️Florida Scholastic Press Association (#FSPA)

These allow our students to show what they know and compete against other students nationally and statewide. WMSD has won many awards in the past and we hope to keep that up.

WMSD is a wonderful opportunity for students to express their interest in the news and film industries and we look forward to growing WMSD Productions! Follow us on Instagram for updates!
