With Bobby and Sara

We are Bobby and Sara.

Bobby is a massage and body therapist, specializing in trauma work. He was misdiagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and spent more than ten years in complete isolation before finding his way back.
Sara is a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and EFT practitioner. She travelled the world and is passionate about Buddhist practice.

Here we share simple, hands-on ways to work with your own body and nervous system: self and partner massage, acupressure, yoga, and much more — from our combined training and skills and from our lived experience.
