Hey, I’m Jason. I create nature meditations, sound healing experiences, and practical spiritual tools to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with sacred stillness.

To me, stillness is the greatest teacher. This channel explores presence, breathwork, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, and embodied spiritual awareness through nature, sound, and simple daily practices.

I come from three generations of pastors, and a powerful awakening in my 20s began a 15+ year journey of spiritual study and transformation. I’m also the founder of The Wisdom Foundation, forthcoming author of Finding God Beyond Religion, and a Medical Qigong student.
