“I didn’t create Wingspire simply to teach aviation. I created it to prepare young aspirants for the person they need to become before they step into the aviation industry.”
With 14 years of experience as a professional cabin crew member and 6 years of experience as an Aviation & Grooming Coach,
Sohini Roychowdhury brings to
Wingspire, she personally brings her years of aviation and training experience into the learning journey—covering cabin crew preparation, grooming, communication, personality development, professional etiquette, interview skills and industry readiness.
Her philosophy is simple:
We don't just prepare students to get selected.
We prepare them to deserve the opportunity, own the uniform and build a career with confidence.
Wingspire Academy is the result of that vision—a place where dreams are given direction, prepared to step confidently towards the career they dream of.
WINGSPIRE ACADEMY
Dream. Prepare. Soar.
