WINGATE Collection

Daniel Wingate is an American fashion designer, now based in Munich, Germany. Wingate is known for his work as Creative Director of the Escada and Escada Sport collections from 2012-2017 and for his current work as the Creative Director of WINGATE Collection. He worked in the design departments at Geoffrey Beene with Alber Elbaz and later, J.Crew with Jenna Lyons, before leaving for Europe in 2001 where he became Design Director at Strenesse. Shortly after, he joined Marc O‘Polo and Hugo Boss Woman. He joined Escada in 2004, where he was appointed creative director in 2013, a title he held until his departure.
