I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman and mother to AuDHD kids, and while I bring years of lived experience and clinical expertise as a therapist, I show up here as a coach, not a therapist. This space is judgment-free, created so you can be seen, heard, and supported.

We explore practices to release stress and reconnect with your inner wisdom: 🌌 dreamwork to uncover hidden insights, 🎨 art for emotional expression, 🌿 nature-based rituals to restore balance, ✨ tarot & moon cycles for guidance, and 👶 support for parenting ND kids.
