Widow Wit and Wisdom

Hey y'all, I'm Sarah, a certified grief coach! Widow Wit and Wisdom is a place where I discuss all the gory details of widowhood, grief, suicide loss and getting through life in general after loss.
I lost my husband, Jeff, to suicide in November of 2016. His passing shattered me in ways I never could have imagined. Now, I am on a mission to share a message of compassion, hope, and healing (and a little more laughter) to anyone struggling with life after loss.
This is a space where I open up about all the lessons I’ve learned through grief. My goal is to create a space where others—whether they have faced loss themselves or simply want to support someone who has—can find comfort, connection, commiseration, and laughs.
This is not about “moving on” but about moving forward with love, grace, and understanding. I hope my journey can offer reassurance that even in our darkest moments, hope and healing are possible. I hope you always find the will to "hold on".
