Who Runs Dallas

Every night, people you never see keep Dallas running. Brine crews on the bridges before the ice. De-icers at DFW. Lineworkers in freezing rain. Water-main crews at 3 a.m.

Who Runs Dallas follows them in a relay across the city. Each episode we fly from one job to the next, and each worker hands the night to the next one.
