Stacey Dicks, Wholistically Renewed

Stacey Dicks, owner at Wholistically Renewed, is a Wholistic Wellness Coach, Mindbody Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Faith Coach.  Stacey endured a 17-plus year health journey of over 20 symptoms, including chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, severe sitting pain, multiple chemical sensitivity and tingling and burning throughout her body. Although she wanted to give up, God had better plans!
Stacey shares helpful information on practically implementing the various mindbody tools that helped her recover and reclaim her life, as well as the biblical tools that help us rewire our neural pathways to God's design for our bodies to walk in health and wellness. 
Stacey loves coaching others holistically towards optimal health and wellness in mind, body and spirit. Stacey currently coaches virtually on mindbody, diet, faith and fitness. She also offers virtual fitness classes to help people resume movement and improve strength and functionality.
