Wholesome Neri

Welcome to Wholesome Neri.

I am Neri – a dad, a home cook, and a firm believer that the best pharmacy is in your kitchen.

My passion for healthier food started years ago as a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, but today my mission goes much deeper: to reclaim what the food industry took away from us.

I’m bringing back honest cooking and the ancient magic of fermentation to show that food can be incredibly delicious while helping the body heal itself. From rebuilding everyday favorites sodas, ice creams and pizzas from scratch, to experimenting with vibrant ferments, everything here follows a strict rule: No added sugar, no preservatives, no sweeteners, and no industrial additives. Just pure, whole ingredients.

Hit subscribe, step into the kitchen, and let’s start eating the way nature intended.

Virtual coffee date? Why not! ☕ Let’s hang out!
