Wholehearted Lisa

I am wholeheartedly living my life and embracing it all. I’ve found my way from thinking I would be a drama student or a singer to a BA honours in communications and backpacking to Australia from the UK to work in Film and tv post production. Thankfully this also synchronistically led me to studying Aromatherapy, massage, reflexology and crystal healing and I ended up on a totally different path again. 

Fast forward 20 years…I’ve been through major loss and heartache where I’ve battle anxiety and depression from c-PTSD to learning to heal myself and pass that knowledge to clients. I’ve built peoples businesses with them and then mine and my husbands only to lose EVERYTHING. I’ve navigated pregnancy loss /IVF and started to find my voice as an advocate.

I’ve created brand visibility and profitability for spa/skincare/wellness businesses and discovered how much I love teaching and guiding others to their own vision. 

And with all that I want to guide YOU to your Wholehearted life too.
