Arenac, Bay, Clare, Clinton, Gladwin, Gratiot, Huron, Iosco, Isabella, Midland, Ogemaw, Saginaw, Sanilac, and Tuscola counties.

Our mission is to coordinate and provide high-quality, cost-effective services that will strengthen member libraries so they can meet changing patron and community needs.
