Whisky Cooking Show - Charlotte W

My name is Charlotte Wong; I am a Le Cordon Bleu Australia graduate who rejoices at the thoughts of good food. This channel focuses on French pâtisserie and Italian/French/Asian Fusion cuisines, for you to discover and devour the joy found in the processes. With a fair amount of work, a dash of humour and a hint of risk, we can make magic happen in any kitchen.

“Tasty”, “Simple”, and “Sexy” will be the three main elements that will guide our food journey. Is cooking scary? Maybe. But does that make us feel alive? HELL YEAH. Learning how to cook with confidence will be a long yet rewarding journey, so let’s start WHISKING things up! If you would like to join this community, please feel free to subscribe, like and comment.

法國藍帶畢業生，希望透過本頻道分享我在過去幾年讀書和工作中所學到的甜點和咸食知識，由淺入深為你們解構各類食譜的造法，希望能夠提高大家對煮食的信心。如果你喜歡我的頻道，記得 subscribe, like and comment! :) 事不宜遲，去片吧！
