Amanda and Dave Clark

When life changed overnight, we had to rebuild everything — routines, independence, our home, our work, and our identity as a couple.

We document the journey from both sides:
• Dave’s perspective recovering from SCI
• Amanda’s perspective as spouse, caregiver, and creative problem‑solver
• The equipment, home setup, and adaptations that actually help
• The emotional and practical realities of learning a new normal
• The work, purpose, and identity shifts that come with rebuilding life after trauma

We’re building a platform and community for anyone facing major life transitions — starting with ours.

Two perspectives. One recovery. One shared mission.
