What’s Grief Got To Do With It?

Welcome to the official channel for "What’s Grief Got to Do with It?™"—where we stop waiting for the "old you" to return and start adapting to a life without your loved one physically here or rebuilding in the midst of change with intention.

Are you tired of being told to "cope" or "get through" the stages of grief and life...like it's really that simple? Are you wondering why the world expects you to be "back to normal" when your world has fundamentally changed in almost every way?

I’m Marica L. Floyd, MFT, a professional Certified Grief Coach and educator, and author with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate the complexities of loss.
