Pickleball Quotient (PQ-7)

The book PQ-7: You Against Yourself: What Pickleball Reveals About Who You Really Are explores the human side of pickleball that scores and ratings cannot capture.

PQ-7, or Pickleball Quotient, is a seven-dimensional self-growth framework built around the pickleball experience:

Heart IQ: Resilience and Awareness
Drive IQ: Showing Up and Initiative
Game IQ: Knowledge and Instinct
Recovery IQ: Body and Wisdom
Joy IQ: Fun and Lightness
Post Game IQ: Afterglow and Stories
Camaraderie IQ: Belonging and Presence

Through stories, fictionalized characters, everyday situations, and reflective questions, the book explores resilience, motivation, decision making, physical awareness, joy, reflection, and connection.

PQ-7 is not about comparing yourself with another player. It is about understanding yourself through pickleball and noticing your growth over time.

The opponent is not always across the net. Sometimes, it is you against yourself.

What is your PQ-7?
