We, the hopeful

The story of 2050 is being written today.

Scientists have a clear vision of what 2050 could look like, shaped by the choices we make today. They share their insights widely, but not everyone understands their language.

We, the hopeful, try to bridge that gap. Drawing on climate science, we’ve created the story of Louise, living in 2050. Her story reflects two potential outcomes of the choices we make today: an orderly or a Louis's life
in another 2050.

We’re not climate activists; we’re a group of concerned citizens. Our goal is simple: to inform you and share the effects of our actions as outlined by science.

And yes, we’re hopeful. Hopeful that you value facts and science as much as we do. Hopeful that you will embrace the vision of the future it presents. Hopeful that, together, we will craft the story with the best possible future for those who will inherit our planet in 2050.
