West Sparta Church of Christ

If you live near or are visiting Sparta, TN, we hope that you will choose to join us for Bible study and worship. We are a simple New Testament congregation of the Lord's people of all ages and of many interests. We seek to follow the pattern of worship set forth in the Scriptures by following the examples of the early church and the authority of the Lord's apostles (Acts 2:42).

Our worship is lead by faithful Christian men (1 Tim. 2:11-14). In our worship, we practice congregational acapella singing (Eph. 5:19), Bible preaching (2 Tim. 4:2), praying (1 Tim. 2:1), giving (1 Cor. 16:1,2), and partaking the Lord's Supper each week (1 Cor. 11:26). We are a congregation with no head but Christ, overseen by elders and served by deacons, both meeting Scriptural qualifications (1 Tim. 3).

We invite you to come and learn more about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and be a part of our loving church family!
