Wendy Rodrigue Magnus - A Life in the Arts

Wendy Rodrigue Magnus established the George Rodrigue Life & Legacy Foundation & Art Tour in 2017 in honor of her late husband, artist George Rodrigue (1944-2013).  Projects include education outreach, museum exhibitions, an ongoing public lecture series, written and online publications, and a growing library of Rodrigue Video Narratives, tracing the story behind individual artworks. This non-profit, nationwide Rodrigue-inspired programming engages students of all ages through the arts. Today, when she's not on the road for Life & Legacy, Wendy lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her current husband, Douglas Magnus, an accomplished silversmith, photographer, and painter.
