Wendy Lau, MD - Advocating Wellness for Physicians

I’m Dr. Wendy Lau and welcome to my channel - a safe space for physician wellness and mindfulness. As an emergency medicine physician, Zen priest and author of "Inner Practice of Medicine," I am dedicated to supporting medical students, residents, and early-career physicians on their challenging journeys.

With my background in Silicon Valley and extensive experience in one of NYC's busiest hospitals, I understand the pressures of modern medicine well.

Through guided meditations and Eastern philosophies, I hope to empower you to combat burnout and thrive in your practice and training. Many found my meditations helpful during the pandemic.

Join me as we cultivate inner peace, resilience, and well-being amidst our hectic days. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.
